Shipping Cut-Off and Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT) will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM Sydney Time will begin processing on the following business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping is charged by weight and delivery postcode. You can get a shipping quote by adding your preferred items to your cart & entering your postcode in the cart page.

 

Shipping Method 

We offer standard KERBSIDE DELIVERY delivery at the lowest price.

Freight deliveries by our courier companies are “kerbside delivery” as standard.

Kerbside delivery means that items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletised goods (using a tail-lift truck) into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure. The courier will not be able to move goods further than the pallet trolley permits but will make sure that the goods are left in a safe and stable spot on the kerb. The delivery driver will always have to work within health and safety guidelines.


Remote Area Delivery – Shipping Quote Required

For remote areas, shipping costs will be quoted based on the delivery address you provide. When you place your order, the goods will be reserved for you, and our team will provide a shipping quote before processing your order.

You have the following options:

  1. Accept the Quote: Once the shipping quote is provided, you can confirm and proceed with your order.
  2. Arrange Your Own Shipping: If preferred, you can organise your own shipping to collect goods from our warehouse.
  3. Cancel Your Order: If neither option suits, you can cancel your order at no cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly on our website or through the designated courier's tracking portal.

Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your order to your specified address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notification will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection.
